myp approaches to learnıng

Approaches to Learning (ATL) is one of the most important aspects in the MYP, as it is taught in every subject and in every grade level. In other words, it is “learning how to learn”. From Grade 6 to Grade 10, teachers will formally and informally expose and introduce students to many different approaches to learning. These include various organizational, problem-solving, collaborative, communication and information-literacy skills. At the end of the program, students should know their preferred method of learning, while feeling comfortable using all the other approaches to learning.
